I’m a self-proclaimed introvert.

But I also know my voice matters.

For a while, those two things didn’t quite feel like they fit together.

As I’ve been working on this blog, I noticed something.

I didn’t feel the need to share it right away.

Not because I didn’t believe in it—
but because I wanted to understand it first.
To hear my own voice in it… before asking anyone else to.

And I think that’s part of it.

Not all voices are meant to be constant or immediate.

Some take shape a little more quietly.

More deliberate.
More intentional.

That doesn’t make them less valuable—
just different in how they show up.

I don’t want to be the loudest voice in the room.

But I do want to be someone whose voice is heard—and remembered.

And I’m learning to trust the timing of when my voice shows up.

I’m starting to think that has less to do with how often you speak…
and more to do with what happens when you do.

Curious—what makes someone’s voice stick for you?
